Teolupus management consultants conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection to assess the current operational structure of the production facility, identify bottlenecks, and determine areas for improvement.
The study included a detailed examination of the production line layout, suitability of production lines for products, workforce planning, machinery and equipment adequacy, compatibility of production capacity with existing resources, warehouse and logistics structure, occupational health and safety (OHS), and production risks. Evaluations were also conducted to identify optimization opportunities that could increase efficiency in production processes.
During the on-site visit, the factory’s current situation was observed, critical production processes were evaluated, meetings were held with the management team, and existing operational data and documents were analyzed. Based on the findings, a comprehensive assessment report was prepared outlining the current state of the business. The report included a general analysis of the existing operational structure, priority areas for development, and short, medium, and long-term improvement opportunities and recommendations. The study’s recommendations, aimed at contributing to more effective planning of the company’s production processes, specialization of personnel, provision of necessary training, and efficient use of resources, were adopted and implemented by company management.
