As Teolupus Internal Audit and Risk Management Consultancy, we continued our work with Borsan Kablo, with whom we started providing internal audit services through outsourcing two years ago.<\/p>\n

Before preparing the Audit Work Plan, we conducted a macro risk assessment and internal control system assessment study in accordance with the International Internal Audit Standards, COSO Internal Control Framework and COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework to better understand the company’s risks and internal controls.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Throughout the audit period, we fostered a professional dialogue with the employees at Borsan Kablo, a dialogue that was always based on mutual respect. This approach underlines the importance we place on respectful communication in our audit process.<\/p>\n

Our work this year, based on the previous year’s accumulation, was completed in a broader scope and depth. We reported our findings and suggestions and left the implementation to the discretion of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n

At the same time, we monitored the actions of the audit we conducted last year. We witnessed that many deficiencies we observed and recommendations we suggested in internal controls were accepted and implemented.<\/p>\n

As we move forward, we want to reiterate our unwavering commitment to providing added value to our stakeholders. This dedication and reliability are at the core of our service as Teolupus Internal Audit and Risk Management Consultancy.<\/p>\n
